Subscription Services Refunds We issue refunds for our Monthly subscription services within 15 days of the original purchase of the product during which a transaction actually has occurred (you have a 14-day trial period which is FREE and your credit card will not be charged). For our Yearly subscription services, we will not be able to process any refunds 2 weeks after purchase, as we give our customers plenty of opportunities to test our tool before they commit to a longer-term engagement with us. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving access to or using our software and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
